I don't know of Donna, but that is so exciting to have a dream and see it come to pass. I'm excited for her! The property is beautiful and so inspiring! I can even feel the peace just looking at the pictures of the outside property.

Good for Donna; clearly she has made a success of her passion! When are we planning a retreat there?

that's a fantastic space - will it be a studio and their home? Or just a retreat place? Call me confused!

I can't imagine the cost.... ofcourse where I live a 875 sq. ft. home just sold for 1.3 million.. CRAZY!

We sure had fun at her "little studio" didn't we? I'll be interested to see what she charges for the retreats now.

Your prices sound like the prices in Australia.

Impressive studio and gorgeous surroundings. Do we know what her hubby does or did? I can’t believe that her business up to this point has been so great that it has allowed her to afford such a property even it it isn’t located in California, LOL.

I hope her dream continues to come true for her.

It's definitely a beautiful place! I too wondered if this was to be part home/part retreat space. I would hope she has a separate permanent residence, where she can still have a private life with her family. I'd definitely keep it separate if it were me. Aside from the privacy, there are also tax and legal reasons for making this property the exclusive use of the business.

Her husband runs the business end of Donna’s Studio - and yes they are THAT successful. I heard him say on a video once several years ago they had sold over a million dollars out of their store in one year not counting the classes she taught on line and in studio, just stamping /mixed media supplies. I know I spent my share there.

I spent my share, too.

Somewhere in the blog post she said that it's going to be separate and that they're hoping to eventually build their home on the property.
