I'm so sorry. Many hugs and prayers for you and your family. We just had the hospice house care for my MIL. I don't think my BIL, her caregiver could have taken care of her without it. They take wonderful care of their patients. It is an invaluable help to the care givers. Please accept all the help offered or provided to you. Remember to take care of yourself too.
