Wow, I'm so glad you made it out of there with so few injuries. Scary! Reminds me of the Subaru commercial " they lived". Terribly sorry it had to happen at all. I hope you feel better soon!

I can tell you on this road trip we've seen a number of distracted drivers, all using cell phones. It's amazing. Driving fast-slow, won't get out of fast lane, weaving etc. I won't even get into the older ladies driving Priuses... We cannot figure them out

My doctor tried to convince me this morning that I need either a Prius or an electric car like his. I asked him what good that would do me on the interstate with a 70 mph speed limit? As it is, I leave for work at 7:15 and get home at 6:15. 11 hours a day away from home is enough.

3 years, 1 month, 28 days to go. (The ticker is off a little bit.)

Oh, Christy, my thoughts are with you. Hope you heal quickly. I try not to give too much thought to these kinds of stories in my already over-anxious brain. I would never leave the garage, if I did. And I constantly remind my hubby that most people on the road are driving distracted, and many are impaired. It's skeery out there. Take care of yourself.

Holy S#!T Christie! I'm so glad you're ok, though you're going to feel it for days. Sounds like art therapy for a few weeks for sure. Intersection accidents are the worst! :happy94: :happy94: :happy94:

Just read this and am so sorry you went through this horrible accident. I am so thankful you are alright. I know you'll be sore for awhile so take it easy. Our thoughts and prayers are with you for a speedy recovery.

Much better, only when I try to do a lot quickly does it hurt.

Mostly it's an inconvience. I have to ask for help on a lot of things and I HATE asking for help.

I can imagine. I can deal with being under the weather as long as it doesn't last more than 3 hours. any longer and I lose patience with the situation. I hope you are back to normal soon... Even though you do have a hairdresser on call.

Has anyone let you see photos of the car yet? I'm just curious. I'm not sure how I'd feel about seeing photos if it were me. I think I'd want to, but be worried that it might still freak me out a bit.

Glad to hear you're on the mend though - and let others do for you for a change. I know it's hard, but you deserve some time off. :happy94:

Something tells me you're better off with Ry as your stylist than you'd be with Steve!
