I'm kind of glad I shopped all through the heyday of this hobby; I've got a treasure trove of stuff in my stash that you can't buy now. Yeah, it may be a lot of stuff, but I don't hoard it (as in I won't use it because I like it too much), I just haven't gotten around to using it yet!

I have a lot of stuff but I eventually use it.
Those footballs of tape are so much fun

The only difference being that mine doesn't come in football form....mine comes from a trip to Target! I never got into the ATG guns (way too bulky for me), but the Scorch double-sided adhesive refills work just fine.

Framing Supplies sends the tape refills wrapped in bubble wrap and a ton of packing tape in the shape of a football. I do believe you have to buy 12 refills to get this.

I didn't know what they were all talking about originally either Marianne until Miz Beki told me. I never paid any attention to how the tapes came. I do order at least 12 at a time but they do last for quite a while. I think I have 4 rolls left and since Framingsupplies is here in NC any order I place I receive the next day.

Whenever I've ordered a box of 12 rolls, it comes in a box! Last time I ordered, the cheapest place was someone on ebay.

Thanks, Jill, I made sure I got the Scotch with the gold and black wrapper on each roll. I've heard those horror stories about the cheap stuff. What I got wasn't cheap just slightly 'cheaper'.

I ordered from Amazon last time and it was way cheaper than Framing Supplies and I got free shipping with my prime membership.
