Christmas Cards

Post by nancine »

I am behind... but November was filled with lots of fun stuff, just not crafting. Anyway while gone babysitting my new Catherine Pooler inks and background stamp arrived, and last night I finally got to try them out!

They're perfect! What intense colors you can get with those ink pads.

Super cards and great designs Nancy. Did you stamp the plaid background or is that paper?

Great cards!! Don't you just love that ink. I had a little trouble in the beginning with the "tap tap" but once you get used to it - WOW. I haven't ordered the new collection yet, but it's on my wish list.

Love those cards! After the images are stamped, did you have to cut them out, or did the stamps also come with dies? I've seen a lot of stamp/die combo sets lately (and maybe they've been around for a while, but I've only been looking lately), and it seems like having a matching die makes the stamps way more usable. I'd probably use lots of stamps to make embellishments, but I'm to lazy to do all of the fussy cutting after the image is stamped.

Yes, the stamp set has matching dies... makes it SO much easier!!
