Another Craft Magazine folding

Post by EDelValle »

Got notice in the mail yesterday that
Cardmaker magazine will no longer be
publishing. Soon there will no longer be
any hard copy magazines in our crafty
world

I wonder if they'll keep publishing the online version. I get it on my kindle.

The best ones I've seen in years come from across the pond. I get them from Joann's now and then.

I thought CardMaker stopped regular publication awhile ago, I guess this means the special editions are stopping as well. Always sad to see another one disappear.

This makes me so sad. I occasionally pick up hard copy magazines from craft stores as well, and I find them so much easier to keep around and reference than anything electronic. I'm sure I've still got a few card magazines that are at least 10 years old, because there was some design in there that I really enjoyed and thought to someday replicate. I can't do that with a digital publication. :(
