Per FB, it looks like she is celebrating Kings Day in the Netherlands with Hetty.

Love that card, Nancy - the oxides are a perfect choice to go with those crazy birds. There ought to be a rule though - when you post a Distress Oxide project your MUST say what colours you used; love the combo here. Spiced Marmalade/Fossilized Amber/Peeled Paint/Broken China I'm guessing - what else?

I spent 9 days in Holland with Hetty and Raymond

went to see tulips, went to museum, went to Delft factory, on 3 boat tours, seen some bridges,
enjoyed King's Day

Sounds like a great trip. Hetty seems like such a great person.

My Distress Oxides arrived last night - put them in my tote bag straight away. I'm not going to forget them!

The Netherlands is one of my favorite countries, Jill, but I've never been there at tulip time. I'll be looking forward to your photos and hearing all about it.
