Yes - everything pandemic/news related is in the lighter text. The others are personal notes.
That's a clever way to separate the news.

Re: Jun - Aug 2020

I love all the little details even the ones that you say have no bearing on the subjects. I can't tell which ones they are! Is there significance to the light and dark lettering in the lists of dates and events?

Re: Roadside Advertising

Love the page. I remember reading the Burma Shave roadside signs whenever my mother decided that we were going on a road trip. Some of them were really funny I immediately thought of the Burma Shave signs when I saw these photos. Guess we are dating ourselves, Elizabeth! Love all the little details...

Re: Happy Birthday Marianne

Thank you, friends!

That's a surprise, Pam, but Melbourne is at least closer to home for them. We are hearing more planes going over. Ray was just reading that this year is not looking good for us to do a trip to NZ. But there is still a lot of Australia we haven't seen or that we want to see again.

Beki, you're off to a good start with this! They are lots of fun to do. This was popular with some of us if you go back through the years here on PAO-art journaling, bookmaking, small photo albums, travel journals, etc.

Finished is such a good feeling, we wonder afterward what took us so long! Great to have a long arm quilter in the family!

Re: 100 Day Project

I'm just seeing your post now, Keitha. I have an idea, I need a curtain or a panel that I can move along a rod to block the afternoon sun in my sewing room. And I've been wanting to do Siddi style quilting/stitching. I will do a border for my curtain. By the time I finish, the sun will be headed to ...

Thanks for the laughs! I couldn't find the 'irreverent' part until I read the fine print. Your watercolouring is beautiful.
